RENTAL
INFORMATION
All rentals
require a credit card on file with Ultimate
Outdoors before equipment can be removed from
our premises.
Delivery
and/or Pickup of any equipment will be charged
$1.25 per mile each way with a $25.00 minimum.
There is a $50.00 fee for setup of camper.
There is a
dump, flush and cleaning fee of $50.00 for all
campers.
Reservation Deposit: 50% at time of
reservation. In case of cancellation, this
deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is
received at least 2 days prior to rental date
for single day reservations and 7 days prior to
rental date for multiple day reservation or 4
units or more reserved at a time.
Damage Waiver:
$1,000.00 Deductible for $30.00 per
unit.
$500.00 per unit pre-authorization required.
A late fee of
$40.00 per hour will be assessed on late returns
